Job summary

Cosy Club Stamford is seeking friendly front of house staff to join the Floor team. You will help guests enjoy a warm, sociable atmosphere during all service periods as part of a fast-paced hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Prior front of house/hospitality experience is welcomed.
• Right attitude and enjoy interacting with new people.
• Applicants aged 18 or over due to business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide front of house service on the floor to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and resolve issues with courtesy.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth, efficient service during shifts.
