Responsibilities
As a Client Experience Assistant, your main objective is to deliver One Avenue’s award-winning, world-class service to our clients, acting as an extension of their business. You will collaborate with a growing team of Client Experience Assistants and Executives, reporting to the General Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative requests – As our operations department acts as an extension of our clients' businesses, it is important to handle client requests promptly and professionally, with a personal touch. This includes, but is not limited to, mail handling, ordering supplies, taxis, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
- Client move-ins and outs – With a high demand for our office spaces, our front-of-house team assists with client move-ins and move-outs. This involves coordination with design, IT, facilities, and onboarding services (training provided).
- Designing office spaces – As a luxury brand, we offer bespoke office design services. You will be assigned design projects to develop your interior design skills and create show offices to support the sales department.
- Organising client events – Our concierge service includes hosting client events. You and your colleagues will have the autonomy to organise these events, creating a luxurious experience for our clients.
- Tracking – You will be responsible for monitoring clients' monthly expenses, supporting our finance department.
- Upholding building standards – Conduct regular building inspections to ensure the space remains exceptional, providing clients with an environment conducive to success.
- Identifying opportunities – To create the perfect client experience, you will review our hospitality offerings and suggest improvements based on your findings.
