Zizzi in Glasgow is seeking a Front of House Team Member to create a warm, hospitable guest experience. You will be the first point of contact, confidently guiding guests through the menu and recommendations, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to keep service smooth.

About the role:

As a Front of House Team Member (or Waiter), you set the tone. Service at Zizzi isn't about scripts. We're looking for real people who can give genuine hospitality. From the first hello to grating cheese like a pro, you'll ensure our guests have a feel-good experience. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, but always a team effort.
