In spirit, Mollie’s was born in America – an offspring of the classic roadside motel and drive-in diner, a welcome stopover on a route to somewhere. We’ve borrowed the inviting red neon signs and the easy-going vibe, the burgers, the shakes, the bottomless coffee, a dash of nostalgia, but there’s nothing old-school about Mollie’s. REQUIREMENTS

At Mollie’s, our Front of House Team must be customer obsessed, warm, welcoming and quality service focused individuals who are passionate about exceeding guest expectations and capable of empowering their fellow team members.

They need to be driven, work well under pressure, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performance team to exceed the needs of guests, achieve agreed KPIs and work to the highest standards.

You will ensure that the Mollie’s high standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always maintained.

We are looking for candidates who are articulate, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business.

Working as part of the Diner Team, your role is to make sure that our customers have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact. As part of our front of house team, you are on the frontline of the business, providing the Mollie’s standard of service to our customers, in many cases, you will be the very first point of contact and as such are pivotal in setting the tone for the outstanding levels of customer service that we deliver.

As part of the role, you will be required to ensure your understanding of the customers experience is always up-to-date and this may involve spending time shadowing colleagues in stores where appropriate.
