The Wave, Bristol, is recruiting Front of House Team Members for our 2025 season!

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be part of a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food, provides an amazing customer experience, and is always safe, secure & legal. Working as a team and reporting to the F&B manager, you will achieve this by helping throughout the department. You will provide our visitors with an enjoyable and memorable time at The Wave’s clubhouse and support behind the scenes to help bring our products to the customers.

Our Front of House Team Members:

• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for visitors
• Use the till system to take food and drink orders
• Open & close the department, ensuring it is ready for a successful and busy day
• Have comprehensive knowledge of our menu, being confident to make credible recommendations
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales through menu recommendations
• Comply with legal and company health and safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Inform and engage our visitors about all experiences and offerings at The Wave
• Help your team by working in different departments of the café as necessary
• Contribute towards a culture of amazing service through teamwork and communication
• Follow all cleaning procedures and use your initiative to complete regular cleaning tasks
