ROXY BALL ROOM BIRMINGHAM VICTORIA SQUARE is seeking Front of House Team Members to join a lively 18+ entertainment venue. You’ll deliver a standout guest experience, serving drinks and food while supporting engaging gaming experiences across a busy venue.

We value energy, personality and a professional, playful approach. Weekend shifts are common, with progression through in-house training and team incentives in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Offering a wide range of gaming options from duck pin bowling to tech darts, karaoke to ice-free curling, get your balls wet with beer pong or try your hand at the exclusive Roxy creation Crazy Pool! Set to a classic rock & indie playlist with a drinks menu to knock your pins down, Roxy Ball Room is the place to be. Started by 2 brothers 13 years ago, falling under the Professionals At Play umbrella, we now operate 30 sites nationwide with many more to come!

JOB SPECIFICS

• Flexible hours available
• It is expected that you will be available to work weekends and public holidays
• Expected to have a reliable commute to work
• Work within a large team of up to 50 staff members
• Reporting directly to Line Managers
