  • Access to Liberation Life, a platform offering cashback with major retailers, savings on holidays, groceries, gifts, and more.
  • The chance to gain experience across a diverse and eclectic company with various food offers. We encourage collaboration and give you the independence to drive your pub's success and implement your ideas.
  • A competitive hourly rate, tips, 75% off food on shift, and potential accommodation.

  • Support and coaching from our operations team and experienced managers.
  • The opportunity to work with locally sourced, award-winning food and drink, including our own beer.
  • Tools and significant investments in our properties to help you excel in your role.
  • The excitement of team parties, events, training courses, and industry rewards, discounts, and benefits, including 50% off food on shift.
  • We care about our team. We support mental health initiatives through the Burnt Chef Project and offer a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.
