JW Lees is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join our team and help deliver outstanding hospitality. You will pull pints and serve food, developing to the next level while maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

You will lead shifts, motivate your team, and ensure excellent customer service with strong leadership and teamwork to create memorable experiences for guests across our pubs, inns and hotels.

• Pulling pints and serving super foodis only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level
• You'll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and beinga positive rolemodel for your team
• Take the lead and running shifts,it’s key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your teamis something that you're passionate about.
