Stonegate Group’s Fatling venue in Hornchurch is seeking a Front of House Team Leader. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring a warm welcome and high standards of service in a busy pub environment.

You will motivate staff, oversee service quality, and work closely with management to maintain smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Fatling.
