The George Tapps Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to inspire and manage the FOH team, delivering an exceptional guest experience and working with management to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead shifts, maintain a warm environment, coordinate with bar and kitchen teams, and uphold standards during events and sport screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in pubs/restaurants.

Whether it’s top-notch sports screenings, quiz nights, or DJs keeping the party going, there’s always something happening. At most of our pubs, you’ll find proper pub grub – with big, juicy burgers and classic fish and chips being firm favourites. And when it comes to pouring a cracking pint, we’ve got it nailed. We serve up real value, a great atmosphere, and a pub experience that’s worth every penny. The George Tapps Bournemouth, in the centre of town, is a great place for guests to grab a bite to eat or have a drink, with spacious surroundings and comfortable couches, plus a large decked outside-seating terrace, which is the largest garden in Bournemouth. Our outside screens allow our customers to enjoy all the live sports inside or out. We are famous for showing sport and have multiple screens that can be seen wherever you sit, with three big screens, so just the best atmosphere on match days.
