Candidate Requirements

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front-of-house team member, ideally in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
  • Experience working with food and drinks in a bar environment
  • A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills
  • Driven, resilient, and able to overcome challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure
  • Knowledge of sales, forecasting, HR, and NPS best practices
