This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.
Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy. Because of your supervision, which is brilliant!
It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team so everyone delivers on time, every time. You're detail-oriented, never settle for second best, and make it your mission for your Lounge to be the place to go for the local community. It’s a demanding role, but you know you’ve got what it takes.

What you'll bring:
- You are likely an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an enthusiastic front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with experience in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops.
- You have experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
- A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
- Extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles.
- Good literacy skills with excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, maintaining composure under pressure and within timescales.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
