The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of The Inn Collection Group, is preparing to open and is seeking a Front of House Supervisor. You will be the warm first smile, guiding and supporting the team to deliver memorable guest experiences from start to finish.

Working with the Assistant Manager, you will oversee greeting guests, service and operations in a fast-paced food-led setting with 55 bedrooms and extensive covers, contributing to a destination known for outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front-of-house supervision.
• Strong communication and people-skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee service to ensure a warm, memorable experience.
• Support and guide the team, coordinating with the Assistant Manager.
