The Wordsworth Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is opening in Grasmere and seeking enthusiastic Front of House team members to join from day one. With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this food-led operation aims to deliver exceptional hospitality in a bustling setting.

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the first smile welcoming guests, taking orders, serving dishes, and recommending drinks to create a warm, memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them warmly at the front of house.
• Take orders accurately and serve dishes from the kitchen.
• Recommend drinks from our beverage selection to guests.
• Ensure a professional, lively and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
