Job summary

Frankie & Benny’s in Newcastle is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the floor, coordinate shifts with the management team, and ensure guest experiences are outstanding.

You’ll mentor a friendly team, deliver smooth service during busy periods, and help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for. Previous hospitality supervisory experience is a plus, and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role in hospitality.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant securely and confidently.
• Lead the floor and coordinate shifts with the management team.
• Support Front and Back of House teams and build strong relationships.
