Unico Lounge is part of Loungers, the Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026, and is seeking a Front of House Supervisor. You’ll lead shifts, support management, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service in a bustling hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Experience leading a team as Supervisor, Team Leader, or front of house member.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and ensure great service and smooth operations.
• Support the management team with opening/closing tasks and maintain high standards on the floor.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team so everyone knows their role and feels confident during service.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling are properly managed.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn good visits into great ones.
• Help drive sales by managing the bar and pass and contributing to a welcoming Lounge for the community.

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Unico Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This is a great next step for an experienced Front of House Team Leader, Senior Server, or Hospitality Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career!

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
