About the Role

Lounges are unique places, thanks to the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance by delivering 14 great shifts with your team, ensuring every customer leaves happy — often because of your excellent supervision. Brilliant!

It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace for your team to ensure timely and quality service. You'll be detail-oriented, never settling for second best, and committed to making your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role isn't for the faint-hearted, but you know you have what it takes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, while managing pressure and deadlines
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS
