What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, preferably in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops.
• Experience working in a bar environment, including serving freshly made food and drinks.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Highly driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Strong literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
• Good communication skills to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision, even under pressure.
• Knowledge of sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
