Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves happy—thanks to your excellent supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team to deliver on time, every time.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, preferably with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
  • A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Driven, resilient, and capable of overcoming challenges.
  • Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, and able to handle pressure and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
