Morro Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts and deliver great service in a local café bar in the UK. The role offers up to £13.30 per hour + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings (restaurants, bars or cafés).

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
