About the Role

Lounges are special places, made exceptional by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance by delivering 14 great shifts with your team, ensuring every customer leaves happy—thanks to your excellent supervision.

It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace so the team delivers on time, every time. You'll be detail-oriented, never settling for second best, and committed to making your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is demanding, but if you believe you have what it takes, it's a fantastic opportunity.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an enthusiastic front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Highly driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision while meeting pressure and deadlines
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
