We are immensely excited to bring NEON to life in London in our brand new venue, located at the iconic Battersea Power Station. You'll play an instrumental role in creating an outstanding visitor experience for our guests to the Jurassic World Experience, an amazing immersive exhibition featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. The Front of House Supervisors play a vital role in the smooth running of the venue's Front of House operation, line managing our Front of House team and ensuring they are equipped to provide the highest levels of service to our visitors and guests. The Front of House Supervisors are key to motivating the team, maintaining high morale and driving sales. They handle visitor enquiries with confidence and provide a welcoming environment for all. Integral to this role is the ability to be flexible and problem solve in time critical situations, responding to the demands of an exciting venue, where the challenges have the potential to regularly change. The position also requires pro-activity, strategic thinking and a willingness to seek solutions to any issues as they arise. We would love to find someone with experience in theatre, event or attraction front of house operations who has strong leadership skills, the physical ability to perform this job, and who knows how to think on their feet. They must have a friendly and approachable personality and must be able to motivate a team. Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Front of House supervisory or leadership role within a theatre, event, or attraction setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet in fast-paced, time-critical situations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional visitor experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for team briefings, reporting, and visitor interactions (including email and social media).
  • High level of pro-activity and strategic thinking, with a willingness to identify and seek solutions to issues independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by venue operations.
  • A commitment to health and safety protocols.
Job Responsibilities
  • To assist in running and productive and successful FOH department, making sure staff are correctly equipped, informed and prepared for the day ahead.
  • To line manage members of the Front of House team, ensuring procedures are followed and highest standards maintained.
  • To manage the Front of House team on a daily basis, delegating positions and managing staff breaks and shift times.
  • To ensure all relevant issues are reported to the Duty Manager.
  • To provide an exceptional level of service to both visitors and colleagues and set a level of professionalism that the wider team should match.
  • To handle visitor complaints appropriately and with confidence and knowing when to escalate to the wider management team.
  • To assist in regular evacuation drills and provide feedback where required.
  • To be vigilant at all times to protect the welfare of yourself, visitors and colleagues and reporting any incidents as they arise.
