Job Description:

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves happy, thanks to your supervision.

You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace so everyone delivers on time, every time. Attention to detail and a drive for excellence will make your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is challenging but rewarding if you have what it takes.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a strong front-of-house team member, ideally in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink service.
  • A passion for hospitality.
  • Driven and resilient, capable of overcoming challenges.
  • Good literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision under pressure.
  • Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, and NPS best practices.
