About the Role

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain that brilliance by delivering 14 great shifts with your team, ensuring every customer leaves happy. Your supervision will make a difference. Brilliant!

It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace for your team to ensure timely delivery of service. You'll be detail-oriented, never settling for second best, and aim to make your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is demanding, but if you have what it takes, you'll thrive.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, ideally with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Highly driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS
