Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance by delivering 14 great shifts with your team, ensuring every customer leaves happy—thanks to your brilliant supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team to deliver on time, every time.
• Oversee all details to ensure the lounge is the place to go for the local community.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges.
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, adhering to pressure and deadlines.
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, HR, and NPS.
