Job Description:

Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain excellence, delivering 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Your supervision will make a difference.

You will lead from the front, setting a high pace for your team to deliver timely and quality service. Attention to detail and a commitment to making your Lounge the preferred spot for the local community are essential. This role is demanding but rewarding if you have what it takes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member aspiring to management, preferably in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with food and drinks service
• Passion for hospitality
• Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision, under pressure and within deadlines
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, recruitment, and NPS best practices
