Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you want to be part of a leading independent Porsche specialist? At RPM Technik, we pride ourselves on offering world-class service and expertise, and we’re looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as Front of House Service Administrator.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction is seamless and memorable. From welcoming visitors to managing bookings, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Managing service bookings and coordinating workshop schedules as directed by the Aftersales manager
  • Managing third-party suppliers, such as MOT bookings
  • Updating clients on progress on any jobs being undertaken by the workshop
  • Administration of the track day members club
  • Supporting management team with event administration as required
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Providing clients with refreshments
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30. Every other Saturday 09.00-13.00

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Punctual and an exceptionally organised worker
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure
  • Manage tasks independently and see them through to completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Has strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Is interested in cars or the automotive world (knowledge of Porsche would be a bonus!)
