Job summary

Six by Nico - Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Server/Waitress/Waiter to join our front of house team. You will work across menus, deliver first class service in a lively atmosphere, and develop knowledge of food and wine through in-house training.

The role offers hourly pay with service charge, progression opportunities, and a team-driven culture that celebrates excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge on current menus
• Assisting head waiter/waitress on providing excellent customer service
• Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to customers with food & wine descriptions
• Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided
• Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
• Displaying enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and your colleagues; opportunity for progression
