ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Spa Receptionist to join our Cotswolds team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a warm, friendly personality, welcoming all clients and ensuring they receive a 5-star service in the Wellness Space. You will need to learn and maintain extensive product knowledge to proactively engage with clients and meet sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Wellness Space, following the Bamford philosophy with professionalism.

This is a full-time role, based on 40 hours per week, including weekends, with flexibility required.

SALARY: £26,200 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure thorough knowledge of all retail products, treatments, classes, and promote sales to clients.
2. Maintain standards in the spa, retail, and food & beverage areas.
3. Manage all client bookings via our online system, coordinating with the Therapist team to optimize appointment occupancy.
4. Ensure all treatment questionnaires are completed accurately.
5. Assist the Spa Management Team with ad-hoc duties as required.
6. Support spa event setup and host guests/clients.
7. Promote social and environmental responsibility, contributing to our B Corp journey and sustainability vision.
8. Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work consciously, creating a positive global impact.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

1. Experience in luxury retail or spa environments is advantageous.
2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

4. Attention to detail for stock management and inventory control.
