Job summary

Rush Hair Ltd. in Windsor is seeking a friendly Front of House professional for our Richmond salon. You will greet clients, manage bookings, answer inquiries and support the team to maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

The role is part-time ( Sundays & Wednesdays ). Weekend availability is required, and the successful candidate will contribute to a premium client experience and salon operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Friendly, professional and confident manner.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage.
• Availability to work weekends.

RUSH Hair & Beauty - Windsor

Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Richmond salon.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.

Hours: Part-time, 2 days (Sundays & Wednesdays)

The Role

• Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule
• Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
• Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
• Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
