Fantastic reception / front of house opportunity for a smart, well-presented, well-spoken individual who wants to take ownership of a role. My client is looking for a receptionist to work closely with one other, running front of house and being the first point of call for high profile clients and visitors.

The ideal person will have a good understanding of working within a corporate environment but equally the personality of the individual is paramount to fit in with this small close knit team. They want someone who is bright, positive and professional and who is able to get stuck in and help out wherever needed. The individual needs to be adaptable and flexible and able to deal with senior level staff and visitors. The receptionist / front of house will be a confident, poised and friendly individual

This is a perfect opportunity if you have had 1-2 years of office experience and are looking for a front of house role. You will be immaculately presented, highly articulate with a good phone manner to answer calls, book meeting rooms and meet and greet high profile clients. You must be a team player who will enjoy assisting with ad-hoc projects and display an adaptable approach at all times.

The role is a permanent position, based in the SW1 and is 100% office based. A generous salary and fantastic benefits including a yearly bonus are offered. Hours of work will be 8-5 or 9-6 on a rotation basis.
