Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a friendly, customer service-focused Front of House Security Officer.

You will play a crucial role by ensuring consistent, professional service delivery on site, handling incidents effectively, and adhering to escalation procedures. You should actively contribute to security operations by completing all relevant tasks and understanding the site culture.

You will work approximately 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:30.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • A valid SIA Front-Line License
  • Confidence and ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards

What you will do:

  • Maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and customer service
  • Comply with operational instructions and external regulations
  • Report and escalate issues appropriately
  • Produce clear operational reports
  • Be familiar with site systems and procedures
  • Support service improvements and build relationships with guests
  • Understand site changes and communicate effectively
  • Operate security systems to ensure safety
  • Coordinate with management and external authorities
  • Respond promptly to incidents, including medical, fire, and crises
  • Perform additional admin duties as required
