Responsibilities

  • Greet clients promptly upon arrival at main reception.
  • Serve breakfast, lunch, and hot drinks?
  • Maintain cleanliness of suites.
  • Manage stock levels and prepare suites daily.
  • Handle couriers for UK and international deliveries.
  • Manage switchboard.
  • Assist with bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Help organize internal and external events.

Job title: Front of House Assistant

Location: Holborn Chancery Lane , London

Hours: 1pm-8pm

Duties:

  • Greeting clients promptly upon arrival at main reception adhering to our level of service
  • Serving breakfast, lunch and hot drinks for clients throughout the day.
  • Replenishing water bottles, soft drinks and snacks/treats in suites daily.
  • Clearing away any rubbish in the suites and ensuring they remain clean and tidy at all times.
  • Open and close facilities where required (Securing the building is essential)
  • Managing stock levels, ensuring suites are fully prepared and stocked each day
  • Arranging all couriers for UK and international deliveries.
  • Welcoming clients at Chancery Lane drop off and receive deliveries where required
  • Managing the switchboard for all Members and staff
  • Build and maintain a current, working knowledge of all policies, procedures, systems and developments, as well as general information, in order to provide visitors with information as required.
  • Assisting with restaurant bookings, travel arrangements and appointments.
  • Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events.
  • To include preparation of badges and itineraries
  • Ensure that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment working directly with colleagues and other stakeholders regularly - ideal experience working as a Front of House Assistant/Host.
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • People person - very confident to be the first point of contact for the office
  • Able to start a new role immediately
