Job summary

Hydes Brewery Ltd in Heswall is seeking a part-time Front of House Team Member to greet, serve and assist customers in a premium hospitality setting. You will work on the bar and floor, learn the menu and beverages, and help create a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying drinks.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet in both the bar and restaurant areas.
• Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
• Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
• Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.
