Job summary

BM Caterers is looking for an energetic Hospitality Assistant/Front of House Staff member to join our team. You will be the face of our service, delivering exceptional customer care across workplace restaurants, coffee bars, and corporate hospitality zones.

Your responsibilities include setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, coordinating catering orders, and providing fine dining service. A positive attitude and communication skills are essential, and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and approach matter most.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, some later finishes.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms, including catering arrangements.
• Prepare and restock kitchens and pantries with coffee and snacks.
• Coordinate catering orders and deliveries for meetings and events.
• Provide fine dining service for lunch and dinner.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and meeting spaces.
