Slim Chickens Swindon is seeking Front of House Team Members to join our growing family and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, energetic dining environment.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and help ensure a memorable dining experience. Prior hospitality is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most. Flexible shifts and BRG benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through table service.
• Ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Delivering food and drinks to guests with a smile and ensuring everything is to their satisfaction.
• Assisting with seating arrangements and maintaining a clean, organised dining area.
• Handling payments and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
