Job summary

Nando's in the United Kingdom is looking for Front of House Nandocas to join our team. As a Nandoca you’ll create memorable moments for guests, provide a warm welcome, and help keep service smooth at the till.

We welcome everyone; no prior experience needed, just passion and a willingness to learn. Full-time and part-time shifts available; you’ll get a free meal on every shift, flexible hours, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and complement team needs.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming atmosphere for guests and make them feel valued.
• Serve customers efficiently at the till and assist with requests.
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to smooth service and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Support team with opening/closing duties and setup.
• Follow all health, safety and security measures.

• I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by creating a fun and relaxed environment for them to enjoy.

• I give a warm welcome to our guests and make them feel at home

• I serve customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs

• I serve amazing food to Nando’s high standards that make our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience

• I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need

• I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
