Nando's Limited in Colchester is seeking Front of House Nandocas (Team Members) to create unforgettable guest moments and warm welcomes. You will learn on the job with no prior experience needed, and enjoy flexible full- and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving at the till, and upholding food hygiene and safety standards while delivering great service. Perks support your work-life balance and career growth.

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home.
• Take orders and serve at the till, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Help serve food and drinks to Nando’s standards and guests’ needs.
• Follow all health and safety and security measures.

• I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by creating a fun and relaxed environment for them to enjoy.

• I give a warm welcome to our guests and make them feel at home

• I serve customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs

• I serve amazing food to Nando’s high standards that make our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience

• I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need

• I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
