Job summary

Daytona Tamworth is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead the customer-facing operation at our Midlands outdoor karting venue. You will manage the Front of House team, oversee bookings and enquiries, drive revenue through upselling and repeat visits, and support the on-site cafe and catering offer with a hands-on approach on busy days.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team, creating a positive culture focused on customer service, teamwork and performance

• Oversee reception, bookings, customer enquiries and day-to-day front of house operations

• Manage customer feedback professionally and resolve issues positively

The Role

As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer-facing operation at Daytona Tamworth, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming, professional and memorable experience.

You will lead the Front of House team, oversee bookings and customer enquiries, drive revenue opportunities through upselling and repeat business, and support the day-to-day operation of the venue's catering offer. This is a hands-on management role, with a strong presence on the floor and a focus on delivering exceptional service standards across the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team, creating a positive culture focused on customer service, teamwork and performance
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to race day
• Drive venue revenue through effective upselling, cross-selling and repeat business opportunities
• Oversee reception, bookings, customer enquiries and day-to-day front of house operations
• Support the operation of the venue's café and catering offer, maintaining excellent service, presentation and hygiene standards. This is a hands-on role and may include food preparation and cooking during busy periods
• Work closely with the wider management team to ensure events and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Manage customer feedback professionally and resolve issues positively
• Ensure company procedures, cash handling processes, health & safety requirements and operational standards are consistently followed
