We have a strategy to provide best-in-class offices designed to support our ways of working and in accordance with our sustainable property guidelines. The Property and FM teams at Grant Thornton are responsible for the firms estate and providing our people experience within those spaces.

We are creating a new team of Front of House specialists via an outsourced provider and need someone to bring their experience to provide exceptional client and people experiences. This team will make sure that our colleagues look forward to the experience in our offices, have the things they need to work effectively in our offices and own the guest experience and make sure our clients and other visitors truly feel valued and have the best possible impression of Grant Thornton.

A look into the role

As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:

· Own the outsourced FoH contract to develop service excellence, setting service levels and driving ESG initiatives.

· Lead the team of FoH specialists and inspire them to provide outstanding customer service, including delivering client and internal events.

· Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including our location leads landlords, managing agents, neighbours, suppliers, consultants and other GT colleagues to provide a best-in-class service. Help drive continuous improvements to the office experience,

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Front of House Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to demonstrate strong experience in contract and office management, effectively managing and motivating a large team and willingness to travel around our UK offices when needed.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

· Customer service and leadership evidenced within a similar corporate environment.

· A great communicator and relationship builder.

· Commercially astute, driven, proactive, organised and collaborative.

· H&S experience in the areas relating to office management and a basic understanding of landlord and tenant roles in a multi let office building.

· A keen interest in ESG and driving change.
