Hawksmoor is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, support the Restaurant Manager, and maintain high hospitality standards across service. You’ll be visible on the floor, develop staff, and ensure warm, confident guest experiences every day.

• Experienced as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality restaurant.
• A confident, people-focused leader who enjoys being on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
• Lead shifts on the floor, setting standards and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Coach, support and develop the front-of-house team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience, handling feedback with care and confidence.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to keep service running smoothly.
• Support recruitment, training and progression within the team.
