Qualifications

• Experience within reception, administration, hospitality, hotels, serviced offices or another customer facing environment would be particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors
• Manage visitor check in, check out and temporary access passes
• Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing post
• Provide general reception and administrative support
• Build positive relationships with tenants and regular visitors
• Maintain high standards across the Front of House area
• Liaise with the Building Manager, security and other onsite teams
