Job summary

Jersey War Tunnels in Jersey is seeking a confident Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional, 'celebrity' customer service, including some evening events.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead by example, train staff, coordinate events, supervise food and drinks service, manage stock and rotation, maintain allergen lists, and ensure top-level cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline hospitality leadership.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage events and late shifts.
• Knowledge of allergen listings and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise daily Front of House operations.
