Job summary

Bolton Gin Company is seeking flexible and conscientious team members to keep our Bolton facility running smoothly. The role covers front of house, member management, basic facilities support, health and safety, and daily cleaning.

You will facilitate external hirers and help promote facility hire, including room setup and opening/closing duties. The position is 30 hours per week, four days out of seven, with weekend work every other weekend, and a two-week rota pattern provided.

Qualifications

• Front of house welcome and access management.
• Support member management processes and basic facilities support.
• Health and safety duties, daily checks and routines.
• Daily cleaning and spot cleaning throughout the day and evening.
• Facilitate external hirers to have a positive experience and administer facility hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms for facility hire during operation hours and out of hours.
• Open and close the facility where appropriate and ensure the building runs efficiently.
