Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member at our Worcester site. You’ll be greeting guests, taking care of customers in the café, and helping maintain high food and service standards. The role is front of house and involves weekend and bank holiday shifts with a zero-hour pattern.

No prior experience is required, but a friendly, team-driven attitude and willingness to learn are valued. Induction, allergens training and opportunities for development are provided.

Qualifications

• No experience is needed, but we'd love to hear from you if you're happy to work in a team or on your own initiative
• A people person who cares about giving great service
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Front of house: welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café
• Help with displays and signs to keep them accurate and looking good
• Assist the kitchen team with preparing food when needed
