Responsibilities:

• Bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customer.
• Create a culture of managing risk by being commercially astute, whilst creating a welcoming, safe, secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and visitors, welcoming and advising them in the store, whilst remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks. Support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture in store, such as training of the store team, reviewing targeted data, completing risk assessments, and taking ownership of the front of house standards.
• Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, report information, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor to any external threats.
• Ensure Company policies and standards around the store are always adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Committed to working as part of the store team.
• Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative.
• A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.

Salary: £28,250
