Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily facilities tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
Act as the first point of contact at reception, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
Log, track, and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution
Support health and safety compliance through routine checks and enforcement of building policies
Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and print room services
Set up meeting and event spaces, coordinating equipment, furniture, and catering as needed
Handle customer service feedback, working to continuously improve the on-site experience
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ideally educated to college level
Some customer-facing experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Organised with a proactive attitude
Basic IT skills are an advantage
