We are seeking an engaging and inspiring individual to work as an Operations Assistant within our industry-leading swimming teaching team, delivered at centres across the UK.

Are you an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and patience? Do you have experience working with children and parents? Then look no further.

In this role, you will support venue operations to ensure our customers receive a first-class experience—safe, warm, and clean during every visit. We seek someone dynamic, with a keen interest in sport.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Meet and greet customers enthusiastically and check them in
• Manage smooth entry by checking registers
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Provide lifesaving supervision during lessons
• Ensure a safe, clean, and warm environment at all times
• Support first aid response when needed
• Adhere to brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist Swimming Teachers and the Business Manager
• Welcome new customers and guide them within the venue
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Address customer queries and provide information
• Build relationships with clients
• Follow up on inquiries and provide feedback
• Stay updated on company campaigns and events
• Promote the brand with passion
• Communicate health and safety procedures effectively
