A facilities management company in Wrexham is seeking a Front of House concierge to deliver exceptional service to clients and visitors. You'll manage phone calls, assist with visitor inquiries, and support safety protocols. The ideal candidate has experience in a concierge role, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and access to various employee benefits.

Location: Wrexham, LL13 9XT
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? If you have skills and experience in a concierge/front of house role with a customer focused mind-set, this role could be for you.
In this role you\'ll provide a first class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience. You will answer the telephones, redirect calls efficiently, issue visitor badges, attend to visitors on site and be the first point of contact for any issues reported. You will be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and remain calm and positive even when it gets busy. You will also help with the incoming and outgoing post and booking couriers. You will undertake portering duties and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks to support your manager, your team and our client.
Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. It would be really useful if you could also use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
