Role overview

Salary: £25,500 - £28,500 (pro-rata) Hourly rate of £12.25 - £13.70

Location: Queen Street

Hours: 34 hours (must be fully flexible over 7 days, working 1 weekend in every 3)

Contract: Permanent

Based at our luxury residential developments, you will be part of the facilities team, representing the face of the development and providing first-class support to our residents.

What will you do?
  • Be available to residents at all times or ensure proper signposting when away from the desk.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas.
  • Handle maintenance issues and problems outside of hours.
  • Support with viewings as needed.
  • Manage parcels: receive, safekeep, and issue deliveries and registered mail following company procedures.
  • Provide utility meter readings as required.
  • Give clear shift handovers, highlighting events and upcoming activities.
  • Manage car parking to ensure smooth operations.
  • Issue keys only to authorized personnel/residents, recording sign-in/out in line with procedures.
  • Coordinate access for services like utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Perform regular bin rotations.
  • Conduct building patrols, CCTV monitoring, and safety checks.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience in high-quality front-of-house/concierge service in residential or hospitality settings.
  • Customer service skills, including handling difficult situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases or booking systems.
  • Ability to work confidently alone and handle situations effectively.
